The Challenge

Stone Pastilhas developed a pool configurator platform — Sistema Create — that lets clients and retailers design a custom pool from scratch: shape, depth, elements, and mosaic finish. The challenge was to communicate this through video in a way that felt premium, intuitive, and technically credible, without turning into a tutorial.

The Solution

A motion walkthrough that mirrors the product's own logic — revealing each step of the configuration journey as a natural visual sequence. The editorial rhythm matches the tool's UX: deliberate, precise, unhurried. Every interface element enters with purpose, guided by motion that teaches without explaining.

The Process

Built in After Effects with careful attention to the platform's design language — its green palette, serif typography, and minimalist UI. Interface animations were choreographed to guide the viewer's eye through each feature: shape editor, depth control, element placement, and final project export.

Six moments. Each one a step in the user's journey — from blank canvas to finished pool.

Platform Reveal

0:00 → 0:04 · 4s

MacBook mockup rendered in After Effects with a subtle ambient shadow. The platform's splash screen — "Stone Create / Sua piscina ganha forma aqui." — builds through animated architectural grid lines that expand outward from the center, then settle as the wordmark appears. The motion references blueprint construction: precise, technical, intentional.

"Before any pixel moves, the viewer understands what kind of tool this is. The grid doesn't just animate — it draws the idea of a pool in the air."

Pool Shape Editor

0:04 → 0:12 · 8s

The editor interface enters full screen. An L-shaped pool takes form as vertices appear and dimension labels animate in — A01 through A06 — each measurement snapping to its anchor point. A cursor moves through the canvas with weight, dragging edges and clicking between "Paredes Retas" and "Encaixe" modes. The motion communicates agency: this is a tool you control, not a template.

"Eight seconds of the user understanding exactly what the product does — without a single word of narration."

Typographic Interlude

0:12 → 0:14 · 1.6s

A full-screen color transition — the platform's green fills the frame as serif typography emerges: "Personalize cada detalhe." No UI. No chrome. Just a phrase and a gradient that carries the brand's warmth into the next section. The cut is clean but the meaning bridges both sides of it.

"The brief pause lets the proposition land. It's not a loading screen — it's a sentence that resets the viewer's expectation before the detail work begins."

Depth Configuration

0:14 → 0:20 · 6.4s

Isolated UI composition — a single slider control on a white field. "Profundidade / 1.4m" with the green track scrubbing from left to right across a 0.3m–1.7m range. The number updates in real-time as the handle moves. No distractions: one feature, maximum clarity. The animation is slow enough to read but purposeful enough to hold attention.

"Restraint is a design decision. By stripping everything else away, this moment shows the precision the platform gives its users — one slider, exact control."

Element Placement

0:20 → 0:30 · 9.8s

Back to the editor — now at a wider canvas scale. A "Praia" element (beach entry shelf) appears as a draggable component inside the pool boundary. The cursor moves with intention, positioning it, then confirming. The pool's edge vertices remain visible throughout, keeping the spatial context clear while the interaction unfolds in the interior.

"A pool isn't just a shape — it's a set of choices about how people experience the water. This scene makes that concrete: drag in your Praia, your escada, your banco."

Project Summary

0:30 → 0:32 · 2.1s

The project summary panel — rendered in the platform's deep forest green — reveals its specs line by line: Volume Bruto, Volume Real de Água, Elementos, Revestimento (Samoa Bright). Below it, two CTAs appear: "Baixar projeto em PDF" and "Solicitar Orçamento." Typography staggered in with subtle opacity transitions; each data line appears as if being written in real time.

"Every configuration becomes a concrete, shareable proposal. The dark green shifts the register — from design tool to business document. The viewer sees the finish line."
